Meet the CEO

Arthur L. Davidson Jr. is the CEO and President of ARTS (Agile Reliable Technical
Solutions) Consulting, a firm he founded in 2019 in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. A retired military veteran and seasoned program management professional, Mr. Davidson brings over 25 years of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense information systems, communications, and enterprise programs.

Throughout his career, he has held senior-level roles in program management, risk
management, and information technology, leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. His expertise includes strategic planning, schedule and performance management, and organizational leadership, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morgan State
University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology
Management from Trident University. His commitment to excellence, mission success, and client satisfaction continues to drive the vision and growth of ARTS Consulting.
